Fini is an early-stage startup, backed by YC and Matrix, building AI agents that handle customer support end-to-end. Our AI agents are built on our proprietary AI knowledge store (knowledge built for AI agents), which helps us deliver 80% resolution rates and improve CSAT by 10%. Product-market pull is strong, and we need a seller-builder who can both close six-figure deals and design the revenue engine that repeatedly lands them.


What you’ll do at Fini

Your Hat What It Means Here Full-cycle enterprise sales Own the entire motion: prospect, qualify, demo and close $50 k – $300 k + ACV deals with Fortune 2000s and digital-native scale-ups eager to modernize support. 0 → 1 go-to-market architect Stand up outbound cadences, shape inbound funnels, and instrument the RevOps stack so our AI agents get in front of every support leader who needs them. Voice of the customer Translate support-desk pain points into crisp product specs; partner with Engineering to ship agent skills and integrations that actually move the needle. Founder-level ownership Set aggressive revenue targets, galvanize cross-functional teams, and do whatever it takes to hit them, fast.


The experience you’ll bring

  • 3-8 yrs closing enterprise SaaS deals, consistently in the $100k - $500k ARR range.
  • Founder or early GTM leader who built pipeline, playbooks and pricing from scratch.
  • Fluent in both outbound (cold email, phone, social) and inbound (content, webinars, events) motions.
  • Razor-sharp product instincts, you translate fuzzy customer asks into actionable roadmap items.
  • A true owner’s mindset: urgency, bias for action, obsession with outcomes.

Extra credit

  • Prior wins at an AI startup (think Glean, Cohere, Typeface, etc.).
  • Familiarity with customer-support or CX tech stacks (Zendesk, Intercom, ServiceNow).
  • Proven ability to expand pilots into multi-year, multi-region contracts.

What success looks like in your first year

  • $3 M + new ARR from net-new enterprise logos.
  • A repeatable outbound sequence converting ≥ 25 % of meetings to qualified opportunities.
  • Two lighthouse customers using Fini’s AI agents for support featured in ROI-driven case studies.
  • Feedback loops between Sales ↔ Product unlocking improved customer experience
